Menopause Health

My primary area of focus is working with women who are on their journey through perimenopause and menopause.

Scientific research shows that the steep decline in female hormones after the age of 40, sometimes sooner, can have detrimental effects on our health and quality of life. Elevated blood sugar levels, high blood pressure, raised cholesterol, weight gain, decreased bone health, decreased immunity and digestive issues—these are just some of the conditions which increase in likelihood during this period. All of that is before we even mention tiredness, stress, increased anxiety, brain fog and disrupted sleep. I know these symptoms inside-out through both professional and personal experience.

With the right timing and approach, you can combat these disease processes and experiences. There is a perfect window of opportunity, particularly during your perimenopausal years, to make appropriate changes to your diet and lifestyle which can set you up for good future health.

I work in partnership with women to remove the stress from managing these changes and show how good nutrition and wellbeing can be used to shape your changing hormones and health profile. By making even small changes to how and what you eat and to your lifestyle habits, you can not only feel and look better but you can create a healthy mind and body for the years ahead.

Do not wait until it is too late. Let me help you find your pathway to great health.
