My Approach
My mission is to help you make the tailored dietary changes needed for your body to achieve great health, both now and in the future.
I do this using a three-step process.
Step 1: Preparation
To ensure our approach is informed and considered, we start by asking you to complete a health questionnaire, capturing your health and nutritional experiences and a diary of your food habits. This information is vital in enabling me to undertake your initial dietary and medical assessment.
Step 2: Plan
Together, after a deep-dive into your past and current health and nutrition status, we will create a tailored and considered plan to help you achieve your goals.
Step 3: Follow-up
Putting the dietary plan into practice comes next. A key part of this is taking the time at agreed intervals to evaluate how you are doing, identify if tweaks can lead to further improvements, and provide you with the expert help and support you need to maximise the benefits.

You will feel energised and inspired. You will be stronger. You are making evidence-based changes to decrease your risk of heart disease, type 2 diabetes, obesity and many other conditions in the future. You are creating better bone health to decrease future risk of fractures.
